Lina Olivia Lundgren

Hi you guys, Lina here!

I was born in 1984 and I come from a town called Finspång, situated in the north of Östergötland. I am studying my fourth year at the Teacher's Programme at Linköpings universitet, to become an upper secondary school (Swedish "gymnasiet") teacher in Spanish and English.

I have lived 1 year and 4 months in Marbella, Spain, and there I learnt I lot about being a foreigner in another country and I also came to love Spain and the Spanish language.

I love languages and speak Swedish, Spanish and English fluently. Furthermore, I know quite a lot of German and some French. I am currently trying to learn Italian! :)

Another huge interest of mine is cultural exchange, which is perhaps the main reason why I wanted to be a part of the ESN Linköping board. I really love the fact that there is an organization such as ESN to help exchange students (and others) make the most out of their time in a foreign country! :)

Among my many other interests I can mention dancing, outdoor life (for example hiking, canoeing, sailing and so on), windsurfing, travelling, snowboarding, skiing, nature and wildlife, photography, etcetera, etcetera...! ;)

I really hope you enjoy our Swedish culture and nature and that you will have a wonderful experience in Sweden!
